  • Vercel (USA) - website hosting and serverless functions.

All US-based processors operate under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA.

5. International data transfers

Some of the services listed above transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the processor is certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
